DATA SERVICES

Data Services include all WAN (Wide Area Network) designs. These product offerings are provided over copper, fiber, coaxial cable or wireless transport medium. They can be dedicated circuits or controlled over the Internet by a VPN or Zero Trust solution, and can be used to link multiple locations, small offices or remote home office environments. And they also can be dedicated point-to-point circuits (via MPLS, VPN & SD-WAN) with speeds ranging from 1.5M T1 to OC levels. Each data solution is tailored to the customer and configured to the unique needs of each location. connecTel will take into consideration all of the interoffice voice and data requirements so we can customize a recommendation to meet your needs and budget. MPLS

Multiprotocol Label Switching is a WAN technology that links multiple locations over a meshed “any-to-any” deployment. This technology has many advantages over the traditional Private Line & Frame Relay solutions such as COS (Class of service) & QOS (Quality of service) configurations and the ability for all locations to communicate directly (any-to-any connectivity) without having to go through a central hub and single point of failure. This allows for intercompany voice, video and data prioritization over the network and improved disaster recovery strategies.

 

VPN

connecTel doesn’t provide the VPN hardware or software in these environments, but we can recommend the Internet solutions over which they ride and integrate these products with other data solutions.

OUR BILL AUDIT PROGRAM

Our bill audits are typically a one-time, fee-based project engagement providing our clients with a location-by-location, in-depth review of each bill and service for all carriers enterprise wide.

 

  • Our audit team verifies account numbers, term expiration dates, IP addresses, circuit IDs and complete descriptions of all carrier services, extending to wireless devices as well if appropriate.

  • We provide detailed line configurations for all voice services where applicable.    

  • Our team identifies the improper assessment of incorrect taxes for our nonprofit clients.

  • All audits provide detailed recommendations on a per-site basis with an eye on account cleanup, cost reduction and improvement of services provided.

  • Our final deliverable includes an electronic, soft-copy bill audit summarizing our findings in a comprehensive, well-structured and searchable document that provides the basis for a working tool going forward.

 

But our service doesn’t end there. Unlike other firms who simply audit expenses, we take that next step by working with our clients to replace services and nonperforming vendors with carriers in our portfolio.
