PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA — Today, connecTel, Inc., announces a series of organizational changes to better support its clients with the latest technology solutions and top-notch service. The changes are aimed at better aligning resources within our Alpha connecTel portion of our business to meet the needs of our rapidly growing hosted phone system business practice and strategically realign our offerings for our current & growing base of business we support.

As a result of those customer needs, connecTel is enhancing our Strategic partnership with Scanlon Fiber Optics, LLC and most of current employees of Alpha connecTel Technologies will transition over to full/part time employment with Scanlon under a new division headed up by Bill Limegrover. We feel this change will allow connecTel to maintain our own sales/support for our Hosted phones system practices while allowing Scanlon, under the direction of Jeff McLain, to add resources to their business that more closely match Scanlon’s go to market strategy. This relationship between our companies will allow both organizations to offer joint support and implementation that better align with our core competencies. connecTel will retain its hosted phone system project management, repair support and implementation processes and we will engage Scanlon on larger Hosted phone system projects, fiber optics, CAT 5 and 6, low voltage lines, and much more. Scanlon will benefit from the connecTel sales team adding their portfolio of services to our extensive list of telecom solutions. Both Scanlon, Alpha & connecTel management believe this realignment will benefit all organizations and financially benefit all parties.
