connecTel follows a three stage approach to finding and implementing savings
for our clients
Wireless Optimization - Stage 1: Analysis
We need the following to start your analysis:
- Signed mutual non-disclosure agreement
- Written authorization to analyze your wireless accounts
- Access to historic billing statement information (electronic or printed formats)
connecTel will begin the initial Audit and an experienced consultant will present a summary report for your review that outlines how connecTel can lower your monthly wireless spending (7-10 Business Days).
Wireless Optimization - Stage 2: Optimization
connecTel Wireless builds a detailed proposal outlining your optimization potential and provides an approximate monthly and annual savings. Following review and approval of your optimization proposal, connecTel begins Stage 3: Implementation.
Wireless Optimization - Stage 3: Implementation
connecTel Wireless starts by working directly with your providers to submit the change requests recommended by our optimization process. Timing of the changes is carefully coordinated with your billing cycles in order to avoid unnecessary proration of minutes and fees.
After submitting documented changes to your providers, we review the next applicable invoice for completion and accuracy. If we locate any areas in which items have not been properly implemented, your providers are engaged again to make the required adjustments and issue any necessary credits for your organization.
