The Top Ten Things I Dislike About Telecom
10) Sales representatives will not support my needs post sale
9) I do not have a representative that is dedicated to my account
8) I hate having to wait on a customer service line and then getting poor service
7) Calling a Telecom company and being transferred from one department to another is frustrating.
6) The bill is always wrong and no one ever fixes it
5) I pay for Sales Tax even though I am tax exempt.
4) My Sales representative is always changing
3) The bill is so confusing it is impossible to tell if I am being invoiced correctly
2) Getting credits posted to my account is next to impossible and very time consuming
1) I do not get the sense that my best interest is being taken into consideration when dealing with the Telecom providers. I want a company that is my ally in dealing with these companies, not an employee trying to “sell” me what makes him/her the most commission. |
