Data Services

Data Services include all WAN types. These product offerings are provided over copper, fiber, coaxial cable, or wireless transport medium. They can be dedicated circuits or be controlled over the internet by a VPN solution. They can be used to link multiple locations or small office, remote home office environments. They can be dedicated point to point circuits, MPLS, VPN & Frame Relay. Speeds can range from 56K to OC levels. Each solution is customizable to the customer and is even dictated by the needs of each customer location. connecTel will take into consideration all of the interoffice voice and data requirements so we can customize a recommendation to meet the client’s needs and their budget. connecTel will also work closely with your internal IT staff or outside network integrator to customize our recommendation so it seamlessly integrates into your current environment.

Private Line: Dedicated point to point circuits. 56K, DS1 (1.544M) & DS3 (45M)

MPLS: Multiprotocol Label Switching is the newest WAN technology that links multiple locations. This technology has many advantages over the traditional Private Line & Frame Relay solutions. Some of which are COS (Class of service) & QOS (Quality of service).This allows for the intercompany voice, video and data prioritization over the network. Disaster recovery options are also enhanced by any to any location connectivity.

VPN: connecTel doesn’t provide the VPN hardware or software in these environments but we can recommend the internet mediums that they ride and integrate these products with other data solutions.

Frame Relay Traditional Frame Relay solutions. Most telecom companies are moving away or even grandfathering this offering. connecTel can still renew and upgrade many of these networks with our multitude of carrier relationships.
