Customer Service
The customer support team is comprised of individuals that have a strong work ethic and a genuine concern for resolving client issues. connecTel invests much time and resources in our support personnel to ensure they have the tools required to resolve client issues. Training is also an important element of our staff’s ability to provide excellent service. All employees attend regular training sessions and are cross-trained on other areas of the company. This training regiment allows the individual employees to understand the entire scope of a project and the customer’s needs.
Our support staff has over 50 years of combined experience in the telecommunications industry. This real world experience allows our support staff to resolve issues correctly and quickly regardless of the carrier. In addition, connecTel's status as a master agent with many carriers provides our support staff with dedicated contacts at each respective carrier for problem resolution. Clients that work with connecTel will find that they have an additional layer of support and are ensured a single point of contact.
The connecTel support staff is involved in all accounts from the onset of a sale. From implementation to bill review, a customer support person is involved to assist the sales person in all aspects of bringing on a new client and providing ongoing support of existing clients.
